Techvea Support Bot

Techvea Support Bot embeds any Techvea agent on your WordPress or WooCommerce site through a real settings screen instead of pasting a script tag — the plugin is free, and it's the same plugin on every Techvea plan.

Download the plugin

Get the free plugin zip from the Techvea Support Bot download page, then in WordPress choose Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
  1. 1. Install and activate

Once installed and activated, a new Techvea Support Bot menu appears in your wp-admin sidebar — a Status page, plus a Support Bot page.

  2. 2. Create an account and an agent

Sign up for a Techvea account (new accounts get a 7-day free trial, no card), then create a widget from your dashboard. Copy its Widget ID — a short string like wgt_a1b2c3d4e5.

  3. 3. Connect it in Techvea Support Bot

Go to Techvea Support Bot in wp-admin and click the agent type matching what you created (e.g. Support Bot). Paste the Widget ID and click Save — the agent appears on your site immediately, styled however you set it up in your Techvea dashboard. Techvea Support Bot deliberately doesn't have its own button-text/color/position fields: those already live in the dashboard, and having them in two places with no sync between them was a real way for them to silently disagree.

You can connect more than one agent type at once — each has its own page under the Techvea Support Bot menu, and each saves independently. They don't conflict: each agent gets its own script and its own chat button, positioned wherever you set in the dashboard. Set two agents to the same corner (e.g. both "Bottom right") and their buttons will visually stack there — that's a layout choice to adjust in the dashboard, not an error.

  4. 4. WooCommerce order and stock lookup (on plans that include it)

On a plan that includes it, connect your store's WooCommerce REST API credentials from your Techvea dashboard's widget settings (not from Techvea Support Bot itself — Techvea Support Bot only holds the Widget ID; everything about that widget, including its store connection, lives in your account). Once connected, Support Bot can answer real questions like "where's my order" or "is this in stock" using your store's live data, instead of guessing from a static FAQ. Order lookups only return details once the order number is confirmed against the visitor's billing email, so one visitor can't see another's order.

What Techvea Support Bot doesn't do

Techvea Support Bot never stores your AI provider key, WooCommerce credentials, or conversation data — those live in your Techvea account. The plugin only holds each agent's Widget ID — button text, color, and position are set in your Techvea dashboard, not here, so there's one place to change them instead of two that could disagree. Techvea Support Bot also doesn't work standalone: it needs a Techvea account (with a 7-day free trial) to function at all.

Switch to the support bot that costs less and does more

Bigger names charge more for the same thing and mark up every AI reply. Techvea runs on your own AI key, so you pay your AI provider's price and nothing on top.
