What you get

A widget (or widgets, depending on your plan) installed on your site via a script tag, configured to your branding, and connected to the AI provider of your choice using your own API key. There's no setup fee — you're billed a flat monthly rate for the plan you choose.

Your AI provider costs

You're billed by your AI provider directly for usage — not by us. We don't mark up, control, or refund AI provider charges. Set a spend limit in your provider's dashboard if that matters to you.

Cancellation

Plans can be cancelled anytime, with no lock-in contract. You keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for.

Acceptable use

Don't use the widgets to collect data unlawfully, to harass or deceive site visitors, or in a way that violates your AI provider's own usage policies. We can suspend an account that we determine, in good faith, is being used this way.

Uptime and support

We don't offer a formal SLA or guaranteed uptime percentage. Support is written-only, via email, typically answered within 24 hours on business days — not by phone or video call.

Changes to the service

We may update or change these widgets over time. If a change would materially reduce what your plan includes, we'll tell you in writing before it takes effect.
