Create your free Techvea account
Sign up, create a Support Bot, and import your website in one click. Copy the bot's Widget ID.

Download and install the plugin
In WordPress go to Plugins → Add New, search for "Techvea Support Bot", then install and activate. Or upload the downloaded zip under Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.

Paste your Widget ID
Open Techvea Support Bot → Support Bot in the WordPress menu, paste the Widget ID and save. The chat appears on your site straight away.
Good to know
- The plugin is free. It connects to your Techvea account, which starts with a 7-day free trial, then a limited Free plan and paid plans with more bots, more conversations and extras such as a custom icon and CSV export (see the pricing page for what each plan includes).
- Visitors' chat messages go to Techvea and then to the AI provider you chose. See our privacy policy for what is stored.
- Removing the plugin deletes its saved settings. Your bot and conversations stay in your Techvea account.
