No phone calls or video calls anywhere in the product — sales, support, and delivery all happen in writing, so nothing gets lost between a call and a follow-up email.
Built to be checked
Every claim on this site is true of the running code — encryption, rate limits, what's stored and for how long. If something isn't built yet, the docs say so instead of staying quiet about it.
How it's run
There's no account manager layer and no sales team. If you write in, whoever reads it replies — there's no ticket queue or handoff between departments.
Every conversation happens in writing: project scoping, progress updates, and support. That's partly a time-zone reality and partly deliberate — written communication leaves a record both sides can refer back to, and it keeps response times honest instead of dependent on whoever picks up the phone.
What we won't do
- Fabricate customer counts, testimonials, or logos we don't have permission to use
- Claim a feature exists before it's actually built and tested
- Take a project we can't realistically deliver in the timeline we quote
- Charge a markup on the AI usage running through your own key
