What isn't included
Pricing questions
- Why isn't AI usage included in the price?
- Because you bring your own Gemini, OpenAI, or Claude API key. We never see or bill your AI usage — you pay the provider directly, at their rates, and can see exactly what you're spending in their dashboard.
- Is there a setup fee?
- No. What you see here is what you pay — a flat monthly rate, no separate setup charge. Our optional done-for-you setup service is a separate one-time purchase, from $99.
- Can I cancel the monthly plan?
- Yes, anytime — there's no lock-in contract. You keep access through the end of the billing period you've already paid for. Payments already made are not refunded.
- Do you offer phone support or onboarding calls?
- No. All support and setup happens in writing over email. This keeps response times documented and lets us work async across time zones.
- How does the free trial work?
- Every new account gets 7 days of the Growth plan free, with no card. After that you can choose a plan or stay on the limited Free plan (10 conversations a month, our branding on the chat). Nothing is charged unless you subscribe. Nothing is deleted when the trial ends: your bot and its data stay. On Free you can't add new bots, and each bot is limited to 10 conversations a month.
- What happens when I reach my conversation limit?
- The chat stays up. New visitors see a friendly message and a form to leave their email and question, so nobody is lost, and you get an email at 80% and 100% of your limit. Chats already in progress are not cut off. The count starts again each month.
- How long are conversations kept?
- Until you delete them, unless you choose otherwise. For each bot you can turn on automatic deletion after 30, 90, 180 or 365 days. Files visitors send are removed after 30 days. Contacts people leave are kept until you delete them.
