Same Support Bot, we set it up for you
The Support Bot can be configured yourself for a flat monthly platform fee — see Pricing. If you'd rather Techvea do the setup (or keep managing it ongoing), that's what this section is for. Same bot, same bring-your-own-key model — the only difference is who configures it.
How the tiers work
Setup — a one-time fee to configure and launch an agent for you. Managed — Setup plus ongoing tuning and updates, billed monthly. Custom — for anything outside the standard scope, quoted after a conversation. Every tier requires an active platform plan for the agent (see Pricing) — the service fee covers Techvea's setup/management time on top of that, not instead of it.
