Pricing: every new account gets 7 days of Growth free with no card; after that it moves to the limited Free plan (10 conversations a month, Techvea branding) unless the customer chooses a paid plan. Starter $29/mo (1,000 conversations, 1 bot). Growth $79/mo (10,000 conversations, up to 5 bots). Agency $999/mo (unlimited conversations and bots). No setup fee, no lock-in contract.

Cancellation: Plans can be cancelled anytime — you keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for.

What it doesn't do

Answer quality tracks the content you give it — keep your pages and documents current, and use Re-sync after changes.

Live lookups need a connected store or an API you control; it can't reach systems you haven't connected.

Sensitive cases — billing disputes, complaints, legal questions — should still route to a person, which the handoff makes easy.

Ticket integrations send tickets one way, from Techvea to your tool. Replies you write inside Freshdesk, Jira and the like are not sent back to the visitor.

Telegram works with a bot you create; WhatsApp and SMS need your own Twilio account, which Twilio bills you for.

Voice uses the visitor's browser speech tools, so it is hidden in browsers that don't support them.
