AskPilot
AskPilot embeds any Techvea agent on your WordPress or WooCommerce site through a real settings screen instead of pasting a script tag — free to start, and it's the same plugin whether your account is on the free tier or a paid plan.

1. Install and activate
Once installed and activated, a new AskPilot menu appears in your wp-admin sidebar — a Status page, plus one page per agent type (Lead Qualifier, Support Bot, Document Processor, Voice Agent).
2. Create an account and an agent
Sign up for a free or paid Techvea account (a free tier works with no credit card), then create a widget from your dashboard. Copy its Widget ID — a short string like
wgt_a1b2c3d4e5.3. Connect it in AskPilot
Go to AskPilot in wp-admin and click the agent type matching what you created (e.g. Support Bot). Paste the Widget ID and click Save — the agent appears on your site immediately, styled however you set it up in your Techvea dashboard. AskPilot deliberately doesn't have its own button-text/color/position fields: those already live in the dashboard, and having them in two places with no sync between them was a real way for them to silently disagree.
You can connect more than one agent type at once — each has its own page under the AskPilot menu, and each saves independently. They don't conflict: each agent gets its own script and its own chat button, positioned wherever you set in the dashboard. Set two agents to the same corner (e.g. both "Bottom right") and their buttons will visually stack there — that's a layout choice to adjust in the dashboard, not an error.
4. WooCommerce order and stock lookup (paid plans)
On a plan that includes it, connect your store's WooCommerce REST API credentials from your Techvea dashboard's widget settings (not from AskPilot itself — AskPilot only holds the Widget ID; everything about that widget, including its store connection, lives in your account). Once connected, Support Bot can answer real questions like "where's my order" or "is this in stock" using your store's live data, instead of guessing from a static FAQ. Order lookups only return details once the order number is confirmed against the visitor's billing email, so one visitor can't see another's order.
